Primary Impact Crushers

NOVAL INC. crushing sieving plants use 3 types of crusher (crusher). Primary crusher, secondary crusher, vertical shaft crusher. Primary impact crushers are machines designed for primary crushing of soft and medium hard stones. Primary impact crushers are highly efficient machines thanks to their high capacity and crushing reduction ratios. However, primary impact crushers are not suitable for hard materials.

Impact crushers such as limestone, calcite and dolomite are used as primary crushers in materials with low hardness. Jaw capacity is higher than primary crushers. The material from the feeder is crushed by the rotor pallets into the crushing plates and broken in two stages. The fact that the crushing plates are adjustable allows the crushed material to be brought to the desired size. The material to be broken does not enter the discharge chute unless it reaches the desired size
