Tertiary Crushers

Tertiary crushers are used for the third stage crushing process. These crushers are designed to break soft and medium hard materials. These crushers are rotatable in both directions so that they can be used in four corners of their pallets. When a corner of the pallet is worn, the machine is operated in the other direction and the other corner is used, When the second corner is worn, the pallets are reversed and used in the other two corners. The material is crushed by breaking the crushing bars which can be adjusted by the rotor pallets and does not leave the machine until it reaches the measured level by breaking. Thanks to these adjustable breaking bars, the largest product size can be determined from the machine.
