Vibro Feeders

In crushing and screening plants, feeders are used to increase capacity and to adjust material sizes to crushers. NOVAL INC. produces vibratory feeders, feeders and crawler feeders for use in crushing screening plants.

Grid vibratory feeders are designed to feed the mass material to be broken regularly to the primary jaw crusher and impact crusher. It is produced as fixed and mobile. By means of the gratings on the feeder, the materials that are not broken between the materials fed to the crusher are lowered directly to the feed belt by means of the grating. The undesirable materials such as soil in the material are discharged as waste with Bypass system. The vibrating feeder drive system is available in two options. These are eccentric shaft with vibro motor or gear system. The eccentric shaft that forms the vibration unit is equipped with heavy-duty bearings

VIBRATING FEEDERS
