Jaw Crushers

Jaw crushers are the primary crushers that can break stone in every set thanks to their strong designs. Jaw crushers are used as the most important option for the primary crushing operations of medium hard and hard stones. There are also secondary type jaw crushers designed for secondary crushing of hard materials.

Jaw crushers are used to break the rock and creek gravel. Thanks to the camshaft, the jaw crusher function is made possible by the oscillating jaw. The material breaks down as the moving jaw approaches the stationary jaw as the material flows from the feed opening into the discharge opening. The discharge opening is adjustable so that different sizes of crushed material can be obtained depending on the requirements. Jaw crusher is working with electric motor and belt-pulley.

Jaw Crushers are primary and secondary crushers used for breaking of any type of furnace and stream material with high hardness and silica rate. GM - 03 and GM - 07 - GM - 11 types of jaw settings and joint plate changes are made with the help of a mechanical system, the jaws are reversed to change the reverse. Jaw crushers are the most preferred primary crushers. Operating cost is low and all spare parts can be supplied by us. The material obtained from stone quarries or stream beds is the most preferred crusher type that compresses between two jaws, one fixed and the other moving (16-18 mn). The moving jaw crushing operation is supported by the eccentric drive shaft on the heavy duty bearings and supported by the safety plate and the jaw crusher body. The moving jaw moves up and down by drawing an ellipse close to the circle in the feeding mouth and a narrow ellipse close to the straight line in the exit zone. This mode of operation allows the material to be grasped above the ground, and below it, by accelerating, leaving the outlet and therefore the material flow. Jaw crushers are used to break the primary type of large stones and as a secondary crusher can be preferred to obtain fine material. The material feed opening is relatively narrower than the other type of primary breakers
